We're a full stack boutique marketing agency but we don't get bogged down in methods you use.
It doesn't matter if you market through ads, social media, or sales pages. It isn't important if you use letters on the screen, video, or audio.
There's only one thing that matters here—your words and how you use them. That's what we specialize in and that's what will turn any mildly successful funnel into a wildly successful one.
LEAKY FUNNEL ASSESSMENT & PATCHING
CRAFTING A BRAND NARRATIVE WITH COHESIVE MARKETING MESSAGING
FOSTERING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRAND AND CLIENT
Words are eternal. For thousands of years they've been what
has made this world turn.
Ideas have been shared with them.
Careers have build on them.
Wars have been fought over them.
Words have and always will matter and we believe that using the right word will always serve you better than any new industry tips or tricks.
By far the most important part of any container we have, when we first connect with a client,
the consultation kicks off a phase of priority setting, asset collecting, and market research. At this point we're getting acquainted with your business and using our objective view to quickly
fill in any holes in the funnel where money may be leaking.
The goal is to leverage the tiniest moves and pivots in order to create the most amount of
revenue before we ever put fingers to the keys.
This is where the nearly right word vs. the right word comes in. This is where you'll start to see
how words matter. This is where the money is made.
At this stage of the container we've collected enough data points to start upgrading current
assets and creating new ones that will inevitably boost your bottom line. But instead of create
something over 4 to 6 weeks and then show it to you for a first round of edits, you're coming
along with us on the journey.
We believe that the best copy, the best writing in general, goes through multiple drafts. So
every single week we'll draft a section, read it back to you on calls, and edit it in real time.
Not only will you get insight into our process of editing, but your continual input will invariably
create a better finished product.
Throughout the container we'll be able to take note of your colloquialisms, writing style,
Injecting all of that into your funnel will make it sound more like you, it'll formulate a deeper
bond with your audience, and most importantly, it'll create a customer journey. A journey that
will turn "no" to "maybe," "maybe" into "yes," and "yes" into "oh hell yes, I want that."
A journey that will stack profit without you having to do more work.
Words are powerful but if no one gets around to reading them, what's the point?
Once everyone feels confident and strong about the copy on a Google Doc, it's time to start laying out words on the pages and in your sequences. At this stage in the container, we'll get on a call with your designers and developers to give them the vision of how the words should be presented.
We'll use buyer psychology to keep your audience scrolling. We'll use space theory to keep their eyes engaged. We'll even leverage some industry tips and tricks we found in the earlier stages.
This stage is responsible for keeping readers locked in and ultimately determines whether or not they make it to the end of the journey ready to buy.
Placement is EVERYTHING.
We don't care if we write the greatest assemblance of words, if it doesn't convert, it doesn't matter.
Throughout the whole container, we've gone through countless edits and revisions but now is the time to start seeing if the market agrees with the words on the page. wellspringMEDIA will show your team what softwares are needed in order to track, what metrics we're looking for, and will make edits as necessary as certain points in the funnel. We believe that our container ends when the funnel works—not when we finish the first draft.
So as time goes on, even though we may not be meeting weekly to cover copy, we'll still be in contact and helping with alterations to your marketing to make sure your funnel is working even better than it was before.
